Hurricane Lantern is the result of a collaboration between the prestigious brand &Tradition and the design studio Space Copenhagen, for an object that celebrates the perfect balance between refined design and functionality
This lantern is presented as a luminous work of art, characterised by a rounded glass body and powder-coated steel. A combination of high-quality materials gives the lantern a sophisticated look and a durable feel. The elegant silhouette and clean lines reflect the distinctive aesthetics of Space Copenhagen, renowned for its ability to fuse tradition and modernity. Conçu par Space Copenhagen
Space Copenhagen design studio is established in 2004 by Peter Bundgaard Rützou e Signe Bindslev Henriksen. Immediately it launches in a wide variety of projects, including artistic installations, interior design, furniture and applied arts. A creative philosophy witness of a tendency to experiment and overcome the established boundaries, letting the inspiration free to flue. Space Copenhagen instils in its creations a highly emotional character, with the aim to create refined object for the everyday life. It is famous also for having curate the interior of some renowned restaurants, like the Noma and the Geranium in Copenhagen.
